AUD $155 single occupancy
In a DOUBLE room with one double bed and ensuite bathroom.

AUD $175 double occupancy
In a DOUBLE room with one double bed and ensuite bathroom.

AUD $205 twin occupancy
I n a TRIPLE room with one double bed, one single bed and ensuite bathroom.

AUD $225 triple occupancy
I n a TRIPLE room with one double bed, one single bed and ensuite bathroom.

 

Meals

Continental breakfast included in price.

 

Parking

There is free on-street parking (2 hour limit MON-FRI 9am-5pm and unrestricted on weekends).
We also have two secure onsite carparks ($10/day please call in advance to confirm availability)

 

Internet

Each room has free wifi connection.

 

Disabled Access

We have one double room with disabled access at the rear of the house overlooking the courtyard/garden area.

 

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the Guesthouse.
However, we have a lovely courtyard/garden area where smoking is permitted

 

Prepayment Required in Full

Prepayment via cash or credit card is required.

Cancellation Policy

1) Any cancellation more than fourteen days from the dates booked
incurs a $100 administration fee

2) Any cancellation within fourteen days of the dates booked forfeit
the full amount of the first night booked

3) Any cancellation within 48hrs from the dates booked
forfeits the full amount of the first two nights’ booked
